This is the first newsletter in English from the Information Centre for Climate Change Adaptation.

 
The Centre is responsible for the Danish Portal for Adaptation to Climate Change. The newsletter is expected four times a year and will primarily present current Danish climate adaptation measures, new knowledge and tools of international interest.

New partnership to save cities from flooding 

A new research partnership called ‘Water in cities’ is to help Danish cities adapt to the increased amounts of precipitation portended by climate change.

No more overloaded sewer systems 

Over the coming 90 years combined sewer systems will be phased out in the Municipality of Aalborg. Instead, the Municipality will introduce separate systems for stormwater and sewage.
